Fixsumo is to connect C2B and B2B models on single platform. Our platform contains mobile and web application. We are providing more than dozen services on a single platform with Certified Technicians. Thus, we will serve as a one stop shop for clients for all their needs in regards to a perfect and tension free home/office. Furthermore, a community review system means that each worker is rated at the end of his or her job. If there are any complaints, he or she can be put on instant probation, with expulsion from the portal if the same complaint is received from another client. We are maintaining client database and making customer relations even better with our CSR operators. We are also planning to license our CRM to the companies who are willing to maintain client database.
